Betty was was very kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She re-pierced two areas on my ear and it was painless. Had a lot of fun. I will be going back for a tattoo highly recommend.
Went in two days ago for my first piercing! The environment was extremely welcoming and the workers inside were very conversational, which put me at ease because I was a tad nervous about getting my first piercing.
The gentleman who did my piercings gave me a good price due to my requested piercing not being something they traditionally offered, and the process was explained clearly. All equipment was sanitized and proper care instructions + a glass of water were provided on leave.
