I took my mom to the Jackson office and the staff are very thorough and very friendly. She is 93 and has trouble hearing and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend them.
I was shocked by a $200 charge for services NOT rendered by the in-house laser doctor. After some conversations with the patient billing ladies, Sierra Eye Care paid for the charge because it was all a miscommunication. Laser work is a medical insurance charge, not eye insurance. My medical coverage does not cover this laser doctor. Thank you for clearing this for me.
Husband's first visit with Dr Janice McGeorge today. He is in his 70's and worn glasses since he was five and had a patch for lazy eye. We were grateful for Dr McGeorge's knowledge, time, and experience—but also for her easy manner and kindness. She went the extra mile. The staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very impressed!
