My cousin who is disabled needed help with setting up her cell phone and other tech issues. They came to the house and provided a great service at a reasonable price. Computer died and I showed up at their door around 4:30 on Friday. They did a quick diag, told me what the problem was, ordered the part, said it would be about a week for the part to be in. It acually came in Tuesday, they called and said it would be ready around 4:00. I picked it up at 4:30 and was charged a very reasonable price. It works great! Their followup and service was fast and great! I would recommend anyone with PC problems to give them a try, I know I will use them again.
