Bianca is very knowledgeable and challenged me appropriately in my first session. Additionally, she inquired with me as to what I wanted to work on and really focused on those areas. She also has a warm demeanor that is inviting. And the music fit the class. Yoga music can't be overlooked. ?
It was a wonderfully calm environment and the instructor was friendly and knowledgeable, she also helped me complete a pose I struggled with. The class exceeded my expectations and was a beautiful start to my morning. It was really sweet of the instructor to come up to me after to see how I was and how I felt. That was so special. I am looking forward to taking other classes alongside this one.
Bianca was super helpful explaining the different classes and how to about scheduling them before my 1st session. When came to session she was amazing for breaking me into Yoga all while making it comfortable and not awkward being a beginner. Definitely be back!
