Kim is wonderful! She’s courteous, professional, and genuinely cares about making every visit a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I primarily go to her for haircuts, but I’ve also enjoyed her manicures, pedicures, eyebrow grooming, and beard and mustache trims. She does a great job with all of them!
The salon has a relaxing atmosphere, and one of my favorite perks is the massage chair! Kim also goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches, like offering me coffee or a drink, especially when she notices I’m feeling a little tired or low on energy. She’s accommodating with appointments and always makes me feel welcome and well taken care of
