I have had the pleasure of working with Cyrus for the past few months. Working with XQ Innovation truly is an eye-opening experience. It’s like an iceberg, what you see on the surface is nothing compared to what else is underneath! I was under the impression that my work with Cyrus was to help me develop my management skills. And while that certainly is the case, it would be an understatement to leave it at that.XQ has helped uncover and develop skills in my professional and personal life. I have a better understanding of what it means to be a great manager and lead a team, as well as what it means to be fulfilled in my career. It’s not all pizza parties and casual Fridays like I originally thought! Cyrus has helped me discover my passion for work, and through that passion, my team is inspired and happier than ever.Not only has my career advanced thanks to his training, but my relationship with my team also is better than ever and their productivity is at an all-time high! XQ discovers the root of issues and guides you through how to actually solve them, not band aid fixes. The result is better communication and an office filled with happy and hardworking employees.I can not undersell the value of being a part of a company that genuinely cares about the wellbeing of its employees, and employees genuinely wanting the best for the company. This harmonious relationship is all thanks to XQ.
