I’ve been going to Shay since she was working through a different company at the Irvine Spectrum! This was around 2021, so it’s been about 5 years now :)

I had nooo waxing experience when I first started going to Shay. I just happened to walk by her store at the Spectrum and was curious! She walked me through everything, and I was hooked.

For the first few months, we strictly focused on my eyebrows and eventually was getting full-face waxes. Now that she’s running Dovian Haus and offers a variety of services, I’m incredibly proud of how far she’s come!
