Shay is amazing! She's so talented, kind, and truly passionate about what she does. I've been going to her for facials and eyebrow threading, and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. She genuinely cares about her clients and always goes above and beyond. Every visit is worth every penny. If you're looking for an esthetician who puts her heart into her work, I highly recommend Shay!
I’ve been going to Shay since she was working through a different company at the Irvine Spectrum! This was around 2021, so it’s been about 5 years now :)
I had nooo waxing experience when I first started going to Shay. I just happened to walk by her store at the Spectrum and was curious! She walked me through everything, and I was hooked.
For the first few months, we strictly focused on my eyebrows and eventually was getting full-face waxes. Now that she’s running Dovian Haus and offers a variety of services, I’m incredibly proud of how far she’s come!
