His expertise in optician skills was evident when he skillfully rectified the issue with my glasses, which had been causing me considerable discomfort and headaches. Furthermore, he patiently and comprehensively explained the intricacies of my insurance coverage, ensuring complete clarity.Dr. Woo, the optometrist who attended to me, demonstrated an impressive commitment to her profession. She conducted a thorough examination, asking pertinent questions and displaying remarkable attention to detail. Her impeccable bedside manners created an environment of trust and comfort, which is invaluable in a medical setting.Overall, my experience at Vision Expert Optometry was marked by excellence in service and expertise. I have been going to this location to renew my contacts since 2018. I moved to IE from OC a few years ago to start grad school but I still come here to renew my contacts because the team has taken great care of me. I wanted to write a review this year since what Daniel did for me was outstanding. The manufacturer of my astigmatism contacts had been back-ordered for 4 months and they only shipped half of my contacts. During these 4 months of waiting, Daniel went out of his way to get trial contacts bi-weekly and drove all the way to IE, and dropped them off at my house. Yesterday I was driving to the store to pick up my contacts but was stuck in traffic for 3 hours due to the construction on the 91 freeway. I thought I can't make it on time, but he told me he will stay at the store until I come to pick up my contacts. I ended up being an hour late and I felt really bad. But he was very patient with me and I cannot find a better guy like Daniel! I highly recommend this place!

Although I just went in and have not received my glasses yet, the staff (Especially Peter!) took the time to answer any questions and help with my eyeglass selection. They even stayed after hours until I was comfortable and satisfied with my selection!
