Have been coming here about three years and they are so consistent. Fast responses for prescription refills and scheduling, always so clean, friendly and compassionate. Dr Boss is amazing as well as all the staff I have encountered.
You never want to visit a veteranary hospital to have your kitty's eye removed. VEI understands that. The kindness that they showed to my cat and me was so lovely and so needed. They helped me make the best decision for my cat and feel good about my decision. He is recovering amazingly, which is the most important part. Thank you all at VEI for changing a difficult situation into a reminder of the good in the in the world. Thank you all!!
My husband and I adopted a blind dog and the rescue didn’t have much information about what caused his blindness. After doing some research on local veterinary ophthalmologists, we decided on VEI Anaheim to help us assess his condition.
We’ve had about 3 appointments over the course of 4 months, and every time we have been so appreciative of the level of service and professionalism of the staff here. Dr. Esson and Dr. Wimms are very knowledgeable and thorough in their examinations and have helped us understand how Kona’s blindness came to be and what is considered normal for his condition.
