I do not understand any of these negative reviews? I’ve now visited Dr Pilest twice over the last few years and each time I have been more than satisfied with his expertise and the service of his office. I’ve had two medical procedures done on my face and Dr Pilest really knows what he is doing! I’ve also had injectables done. Dr Pilest is so kind, funny, and the office staff are always great. People in the reviews complaining about paying a 100$ appointment fee? Really? This office is not some hole in the wall in downtown LA. They are located in a beautiful area in Irvine. Really nice office, great staff but....I went for laser hair removal...Brazilian. Perhaps it is me being newer to OC, but do any offices here know that Brazilian is removal of nearly everything? Why am I explaining it to the technician? I went here 3 times for nearly 300.00 per session and received a basic bikini line treatment (where I have no hair to begin with). I kept asking for Brazilian and returned for the same result each time. So I stopped going here. I had high hopes for this office but this experience soured me. A waste of money.
Dr. Pileste is the only dermatologist I would trust with my face. I've been a patient of his for about 20 years. He is very knowledgeable, caring & an excellent injector. I highly recommend Dr. Pileste.
