3D Media not only exceeded my expectations, but made me a customer for life. The customer service was excellent from the response time to follow up. Dmitry personally called me to work within my client's budget and promised a product that was more than I expected. Todd, the photo/video guy spent almost the entire day with me so got to watch him in action. He was highly professional, personable and creative which shows in the photos, videos and 3D floor plans he delivered. The surprising bonus was he provided these in 24 hours, which is unbelievable in my profession. My only hope is that Todd will let me fly the drone next time, lol. Who can agree with me that 5 stars can somethings be a bit suspicious? Well, for 3D media, is not and they do hell of a job. Anton worked side by side with me and he was very patient with me through the process. They are a great team of people and we at Advanced Mounting and Design we are looking forward to doing more business. Thank you for such a great experience!!

Very prompt to respond to my inquiry, super personable on the phone. The photographer was on time and very professional. I used them for my single family rental photos. The photos were delivered in less than 24 hours and they were stunning! Worth every penny, highly recommend!
