Excellent and courteous service by Sal just now to fix our old HP laptop with charge port and connector issue. He cleaned the connector and removed particulate stuck in the port. Then he recommended us to use the port with a Type C charger connector, and helped my wife order it online on Amazon! There was no charge for this! That’s called efficiency and great service!
