I scheduled a last minute appointment for my first ever blow out. I was expecting a relaxing and spa like experience and to leave with soft styled hair. I have very long thick hair so when I arrived I was immediately told I would be charged extra - no problem it comes with the territory of having hair past your waist. The wash was quick and rough, definitely not a scalp massage, she hardly combed my hair at all so when we got to blow drying it was super tangled (despite having arrived to the salon with no tangles). She proceeded to rip through the tangles quickly with a round brush while blow drying and with very little concern for my wincing in pain. When I told her it hurt quite a bit she told me I was being sensitive. I’m pretty shy and struggle with anxiety so I didn’t speak up enough in the moment, but I wasn’t happy with how it looked at the end (my sister commented that it looked like yesterday’s style I already slept on). I left a tip, but I will not be back and do not recommend this salon.

Amazing experience! Gabe is an excellent stylist with overt experience. This has been the best hair salon experience!
