Mike was awesome! I was an idiot and left my keys in my vehicle; Mike showed up w/in 15 minutes and offered me a nice cold bottle of water as it was almost 95 degrees in OC today. He was a gentleman, polite, and fast! 10 / 10!

Called AAA and they dispatched Sean to make a car key that I lost. He was professional and it took him about five minutes to make a key. What a pro. Now I have a locksmith listed in my contacts.

Even though Shawn was in working in Irvine, he made a special trip to help me get my door unlocked and fix the lock on my van. I was in a very tough spot and he didn’t hesitate to help me. Excellent customer service! Thank you!!
