Every is good Bryan and Mitch gave us an amazing explanation of coolwall product for our home. We are going to definitely move forward with SunTrust and the coolwall product in the near future
First, the paint and stucco work is on point. The detail work is like nothing I've ever seen (and we've done a couple of renovations involving stucco). My only complaint was a little bit of dripping on our new concrete. Just needed a bit more protection but they are going to fix it for us which is all you can ask.
Helene made scheduling really easy and was very communicative. Our rep, Adam, was really nice but came across a little bit like a car salesman. But don't let that throw you, everything he promised was delivered 100%. I did have to remind him of things we talked about so I would recommend putting things in writing early so everyone is always on the same page.
