Excellent sessions with Kevin - I’m gaining flexibility as promised. To be sure, if you have a lot of discipline you can do some (most) of it by yourself, but 1. The session are 50m, hard to motivate yourself at home for that long, 2. Kevin keeps track and targets different group muscles, and 3. Some of the stretches I have tried and can’t achieve on my own, esp when he immobilizes one leg and pulls the other. A bit expensive at $60 a session, and requires a 3-month commitment from the get-go. If you have any way to cover some of this (e.g. a hsa account), this can be a very great deal, but even if not, I find it beneficial.

I tried them for a free session and then I got hoocked! .. All the providers are awesome there .. I haven't had bad stretch or bad service .. I tried most of their providers .. THEY ARE ALL GREAT!! I won't name names .. for real THEY ARE ALL GREAT! .. just try to stick with one provider so they can concentrate more on what you need
