We are building a new house and purchased all of our windows from Sierra Pacific Windows with our salesman Daniel. We decided to have our bifold doors fold in instead of out.
I contacted Daniel to see if that was possible, he said he would contact his technicians and get back to me. He informed me that we could replace the frame and then we could use the same doors. We then replaced the frame, but the technician apparently didn't realize that it wouldn't work because the rod is off-center in the doors. At this point, their technician came back out, and he realized that the rod and the door was offset and the doors would not close properly. He said that two of the four...read full review
