Terrible Customer Service and Empty Promises!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with SeaCliff Beauty has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. Despite their impressive web presence and claims of sustainability, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. For over six months, we've been practically begging their sales team, then sale team director Ms. Snead for samples, and we've yet to receive anything. We've been shifted from employee to employee and it's been such a disappointing waste of time.

This is the most boring group of non-professionals I have ever encountered. Not ONE person, from the top to the bottom, follows through or follows up, and their ideas are so baseline. They talk big about sustainability, and yet they do not walk it. We are shocked brands work with them. Not even worth one star!
