We had the most amazing experience with Rooter Hero Plumbing! Our 50 year old plumbing system decided to retire without authorization and backed up (you can imagine what) into our new bathroom and toilets. Emergency call and Rooter was there in 3 hours. They quickly identified the problem, were so knowledgeable and thorough. They stayed until almost midnight for the initial phase and the next 2 days over the weekend replacing. I simply can’t say good things about our experience. I would call them anytime in the future asap!!!!
Pedro came by 45 min after my call and helped educate me on my drainage issue in my bathroom sink. Very professional and friendly, glad he came by and let me know how to address this in the future.
I called Rooter Hero when my washing machine drum was full of water, suspecting a drainage block or worse. The dispatcher I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, quickly prioritizing my call and dispatching a nearby technician named Jim. When Jim arrived, I immediately felt reassured. He was not only friendly and professional but also highly knowledgeable, methodically investigating the root cause of the issue. After a thorough assessment, Jim concluded that the problem wasn't a blockage in my home but likely an issue with the appliance itself.
