I made my first appointment with Jade at Ritz Hair Salon in Irvine. Prior to my first visit with Jade, she had asked me to bring in a photo of the hair style I am wanting. So i brought in a couple of pictures so that Jade has an idea of what hair style i was wanting. My hair was originally one length past my shoulders. Well I must say Jade did an amazing job cutting and layer my hair. I could not be more happy and have referred several people who had stopped to ask me who did my hair. Kim, Sue, and Hannah are all kind and amazing at doing hair! Usually Hannah colors my hair black and she spends the time necessary and pays attention to details. The entire process from applying the hair color to washing to styling is relaxing. I always love the result! They are also great for Brazilian blowout or keratin straightening for the hair, for hair trims and layers, and for styling hair for events. I highly recommend this salon.

Went with my teenage daughter. She loved it. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped her pick out makeup to match her prom dress and complexion. They have eyebrow waxing and consultations too. Busy but not a long wait time. Lots of cool shops nearby.
