Spartan 1250 SALTLESS System went in flawlessly and we are loving it so far! We feel and see the difference in shower, dishwasher, faucets, and taste. Andy from Sales Dept was flawless, shared option of Rent OR Purchase, and the installers were great and completed in 2.5 hours. Trust the Company and love the water system, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!

We purchased a Guardian 1250 Softener unit from Rayne Water, Irvine. The unit is a replacement for our 17-year-old RXD unit. Still working but at a reduced level of efficiency. I called the office (the Irvine office which is the office that covers my geographical area). The on-duty technician, Andrew, discussed my unit and issues that I was having via phone and exchange of photos. After a lengthy discussion, the decision came down to a new unit or the cost of rebuilding the old unit with the likelihood of future problems. The Rayne Water Technician, Lois. arrived on time. Provided service on my softener to ensure it was working properly and replaced all of our RO filters. Was very neat and efficient with his time. I will request Lois the next time I require service.
