I'm an installer working with qcells systems and so far I have had a tremendous experience with their support. A great example was from yesterday when a rep named Johnny Conde guided me smoothly through my problems and answered all my questions. Easy to listen to and patient. Even provided helpful photos and docs for future reference. I look forward to receiving more assistance from them.

My involvement in the solar energy industry began years ago, unfortunately marked by an early investment in Peterson Dean solar panels. Their promises proved unfounded, as the company subsequently failed, leaving me with unsupported panels. Subsequently, I engaged Senper Solaris, who proposed integrating my existing panels with additional units and a battery system for $80,000. This agreement initiated a series of issues, including overcharges and a demand for $20,000 in roof modifications to accommodate their panels, a proposal I rejected. Johnny Conde always does a great job helping me when there is an issue with commissioning. He answers all questions effectively and knows his stuff. I appreciate all the help he gives me when running into an issue . Keep up the good work!
