I would never purchase a pulte home again, during the final walk through I had pointed out minor issues and upon getting the keys, nothing had changed. Also not even a month of moving in and a major water leak from upstairs travelled to the first floor, the cause was a nail for the staircase baseboard puncturing the water pipe, now because of this I've had to have this heavy duty fan on for 3 days straight and this is so close to the holidays.. aside from this the people they send out to fix issues are unprofessional, I had expressed concerns about the sound the fan made and said how it scared my cats to which he responded to let them outside and it shouldn't... read full review

I totally agree with the previous reviews. This company is a joke. Overpriced and everything is an upgrade. They keep telling us that our issues are cosmetic and our responsibility. This house is only 5 years old. Don't buy a house from them.

If I could negative stars - I would! This is the absolute WORST builder in silicon valley and northern California! We bought a home and "quality workmanship" is a complete joke! They damage your overpriced upgraded selected items and when you ask for them to be fixed under their BS 1 year fit to finish warranty they skirt around, put you off and when you make enough noise they send out someone who has absolutely no experience and no authority to take the time to complete the project properly. Our tile is cracked and grout is falling apart, our doors are sagging! The solid doors we overpaid to have upgraded are cracked and dented and we have chunks missing from... read full review
