I respectfully suggest you do not hire Tam unless you want incomplete paint and a court date. I hired Tam to paint a few rooms in my home, and his estimate was $2750. He assured me the job could be finished in 3 days. Unfortunately Tam does not do the job personally and lets the assistant handle it. He jumps from job to job and is never there for long. A 3 day job turned into 5 days, and i even had to delay moving in. No sweat right? Just a little delay? When I did move in, I found the job was incomplete as my photos show. We were very happy with the services, quality of work, and pride of workmanship from Tam and his team. We contracted them to paint and finish our custom kitchen cabinets. They did an amazing job. When we were concerned about the application Tam took complete ownership and went to great effort to correct it, make it right and ensure we were happy and satisfied with the end result.
