The employees are so kind. I accidentally broke my sunglasses and they fixed it for free! They were super kind when we called them to inquire if they could fix it, and followed through with their kindness when we visited them! Highly recommend.
I came two week ago this store is great, they went on full detail on what need for my prescription on the eye exam and Sean help me out when choosing frames and lenses. I'll be back to purchase more glasses in the future.
I love people optical! I first went in there last month to get an eye exam and new glasses but had to go back today because they got run over by a car :(. I was super sad, but also worried that I would have to pay a lot and wait a while to get new ones. But just as they were the first time, everyone there was so helpful and kind. Scott helped me out this time and was able to fix them at no extra cost within a matter of 15/20 minutes! He was able to reuse my lenses (which had completely popped out when my glasses were crushed), and provide me with a new, but same, frame. 10/10, Scott quite literally made my whole day and I left their store a happier person.
