Honest, professional, and straight forward was Jeff Murray. Saved me $$Thousands. I recently had another company come and run some air tests and inspect my home. They came back saying I had lots of mold in my attic and my first level ceiling with high moisture and needing to be replaced. I was referred to Jeff Murray at OC Restoration Services as a second option and he walked through everything stating that I was provided incorrect information, ran his tests and even used inferred camera to confirm no moisture and the attic mold was just dry wall dust!! I was devastated to find out that the people who put in our shower did not seal it, causing water to go into the wall. OC restoration was a great company in this situation because they made a scary problem seem less daunting. I was worried that they were going to open the wall and claim that I needed more extensive services and charge me more, but they didn’t. They were clean and professional and respectful on the property. I asked if they could help refer me to a person to rebuild everything and they referred me to someone who has five stars.. I’m grateful for their help with this problem!
Our house had a pipe break which resulted in a moderate amount of damage. My plumber recommended that I call OC Restoration, and I am SO glad I did – they reacted with the urgency that water damage needs before more damage occurs.
They assign to you a project manager, I had Dennis and he was awesome. He came to the house within a short time after I called OC. They handled my flood damage with the precision of a surgeon, every detail was taken care of from the drying process, demolition, and even packaging my contents.
