Oops Pet Spa and Boutique is a highly recommended pet grooming establishment. Customers praise the staff's professionalism, the excellent haircuts and pedicures, and the thorough cleaning services. The grooming salon is clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for pet owners. Great customer service is provided, especially for first-time users of professional bathing, with quick and good communication. They also take pets at short notice and do a great job, as seen with a pure white husky and a labradoodle with a teddy bear cut.
We get the full groom for our dog, Penny and she looks good consistently every time. I like how they keep notes about what style we want and how long we like her fur to be. Making an appointment is easy and pick up a couple of hours later makes it a breeze. We would definitely recommend this shop!
Oops is the best! They always take great care of my Husky and she loves going. She comes back so clean and smells great. They even trim her furry paws and brush her teeth. They provide all of this at an affordable price. I highly recommend them!
Excellent grooming / bathing of my 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. She looked great when I picked her up today. Very friendly and kind staff. Facility was spotlessly clean. Also told me about 2 hours and she’d be ready but they were finished in one hour and 45 minutes. Definitely where I’ll be bringing my baby girl for future grooming.
