Came in for a consultation to have a keloid I had for over 20 years removed. They were so kind and understanding. They were able to fit me in the same day to have it removed. They walked me through every step of the way. I am beyond happy.
Edit**Dr. Shafa and her staff are amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve now had two keloids removed from my ear, including one that developed from a piercing more than 20 years ago. She also recommended follow-up steroid injections to help prevent the keloids from returning, and I really appreciate her proactive approach to treatment.

I came here for keloid scars on my shoulders and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience! I got 5FU, Cryo, Steroid Injection, and Freezing. I highly recommend the combo as it was very effective. The staff is so sweet and kind. 10/10 experience every time I visit, highly recommend this clinic!
Dr. Shafa and her staff are amazing! I’ve come here 3 times over the last 4 years and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with thoughtful recommendations. I originally came for undereye filler because I saw a girl I saw on TikTok rave about it, and I’m so thankful I did because this was by far the best decision I’ve ever made. Dr. Shafa makes me feel so comfortable and really knows her stuff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
