My college student daughter recently suffered from a sudden skin condition caused by severe stress. After a long holiday, her symptoms worsened, and our anxiety grew. Fortunately, we were able to get a same-day appointment. From the kind receptionist to the doctor, everyone was incredibly supportive. Dr Shafa provided a thorough diagnosis and treatment plan with such a warm and caring attitude. After the treatment, my daughter smiled and said, 'The doctor is so warm, just like a mom.' I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shafa at OC Med Derm. I initially sought out her CO2 laser treatments to address acne scars, but the results went far beyond what I ever expected. Not only did my scars improve dramatically, but my fine line wrinkles softened, my skin texture transformed, and my overall complexion looks radiant and refreshed.
