Let me first start by saying the two cleaners who came to my home were very nice and I have nothing poor to say about them as people. However, to review them as maids, they were not very good. My house needed just the standard cleaning (dust, mop, vacuum, wipe down, windows) and I was left pretty underwhelmed by their service. This was the first time I used OC Maids and I was under the impression that at $100 an hour for 2 people, they were a professional service, but seems more like they just came and did a quick pass because they knew they were going to get paid.1. 3 hours late to my appointment, scheduled at 1 PM, didn't come and start till 4 PM.2. Kristen was very professional and friendly. scheduling, timing, and pricing was approached in a very fair and professional manner. Great service will definitely refer OC maids to family and friends
