Our condenser fan capacitor went out and Metropolitan was able to fit us in their busy schedule same day after we explained that we work remotely. Capacitor was switched out and the ac unit was running in two minutes. Really friendly tech came out.
First introduced to Metropolitan in 2019 when our home AC failed. Every other company said we had to replace the entire system- they replaced only a compressor motor- and it's worked great for 7 years. Again, this week, on a rental 3 other companies said the entire heat pump needed to be replaced. Adam repaired it, in about an hour. Honest, NO upselling. We will definitely use again
Awesome family owned company who we've been using for almost 10 years now for our HVAC needs at 2 different homes. There are tons of HVAC companies out there and the larger ones unfortunately tend to price gouge. Adam and his crew including Mo have always been fair and respectful and wont leave till the Job is done. Myself and my family are lucky to know them and glad we can always rely on them for our HVAC needs. All companies should be run like Metropolitan. Keep up the great work!!
