I'm an author and with three published novels, the time had come to have a website to provide more information about my books and a link to my author pages at Goodreads and Amazon. I worked closely with Josh to determine what information would be included and how it would be presented. Having gathered the information, Josh et. al. went to work. Carl saved the day! I had a small project and a very short deadline to update my son’s legacy scholarship website. I figured I would need to beg a freelance website designer to work with my small budget and timeframe. Carl’s patience, responsiveness and solution-oriented suggestions were amazing. Most importantly for me, given the emotional sensitivity tied to the scholarship and my son’s passing, Carl was warm and empathetic. He not only responded quickly via email, but was quick to chat on the phone.
