We were very fortunate to be guided towards Landmark Custom Landscape. Remodel projects can be very stressful, but Tom has a calming effect with his experience, knowledge, honesty and straight forward approach. None of the Landmark work is sub-contracted, which makes the project manageable and seamless. We couldn’t be more happy with our new totally custom backyard. Great job by the Landmark team!
It was a scary leap but so glad we did. One of the best decisions we have ever made. Our house feels like a resort. Tom and his team have exceeded our expectations in every way. The Design, attention to detail and craftsmanship phenomenal. Every day they came to our house was a pleasure to watch them work. The color palette framing , hardscape, steps, landscaping, lighting , drainage all turned out better than we had hoped. We never felt like they cut corners or went the easy way. We feel incredibly lucky that we went with landmark. Special thanks to all the people who worked on our house! It was worth every penny.
We were referred to Landmark by a trusted friend/coworker. I had seen their backyard and fell in love with the design and modern aesthetic. We had a previous contractor and design that we were working with and decided to move forward with Landmark. They made the process easy for us by obtaining the city and association approvals for our backyard and front yard. Also, having the design meetings at their office made it easy to make detailed decisions on tiles, lights, cement color, grout, etc. Fast forward to today, we are in love with our private oasis, it truly feels like a resort at home! Landmark sold us on their modern design and use of the space within our yard. Our spa/pool is operated by an app, we can easily adjust the temp and lighting. We love the jets, so great to have at home after a long day at work. We highly recommend Tom and his team!
