If I could do 0 stars I would. After being approved by insurance to take my daughter her for occupational therapy. I called multiple times over a two week period leaving many messages to never get a call back. Today I called an got through to have the receptionist be so rude. She stated that they had got my messages but due to Covid they don't do feeding therapy and there are no other places doing them at this time. I know for a fact that isn't true because I have been to other PT places that are doing them. This place is horrible customer care and has no concern for the patients.
