This was my first time visiting this dental office and it was incredible. The entire experience was effortless and easy - the opposite of most healthcare and dental experiences I’ve had. The front desk staff is friendly and warm and helped me feel relaxed. My Hygienest Cheryl really deserves a review of her own. I’ve been waiting to write this because I wanted to find the right words. Let’s say I’m happy that people like her exist - my son is autistic and she made me feel seen and heard and works with special needs patients on her own time. Best dentental practice ever! Everyone is so friendly, caring and thoughtful. Has all the latest dental technology including AI. Dr. Robertson has the most gentle touch and you will not even feel the needle! BTW, has a crown replacement ... They use AI to generate the tooth and mill it right at the clinic! 1.5 hours later, new Crown. No need to wear a temp and wait another 2 weeks for the crown.
Dr. Robertson and his team are fabulous, everyone is so genuine and actually cares! I have had a long journey with my dental situation and the whole way I have felt taken care of and I’m so happy with my results!
