The nail artists are skilled, with some clients traveling from afar to book with their favorite technician. The location is convenient, with friendly staff who provide great customer service, even offering refreshments on hot days. Clients appreciate the beautiful results, with some services lasting up to six weeks.
It was my first visit here and I'll be back again when I visit Irvine in the future. They got me right in without an appointment. The service options covered all my needs and the pricing was reasonable. Excellent service and a very relaxing environment!
Gel mani. I selected this location as it had great reviews, but I will never be back. Service was great, walked in and sat down right away without a reservation. For $55, I would expect my nails to be immaculate, but they weren't. Some of the cuticles were not attended to as expected. Application of nail polish was rushed, not applied evenly. A large amount of the base was applied and left a very unfavorable feeling on my fingers. The place I usually go to and pay $23 does a much better job. So overpriced for the service provided. If you visit, make sure you say something before they give you your bill. Never again.
to this date, Vannie is STILL my absolute favorite nail artist!!! her level of design artistry is jus next level. I have been getting acrylic nails now for the last 3+ years instead of gel nail too and i must say they last me at least 6 weeks every time! i have relocated to bay area and i would still try to book with Vannie whenever possible when i'm in irvine!!
