I was there on Wednesday (04/23). This was my fifth time visiting the spa, and I’ve even had a massage there before. I have no complaints about the spa itself—I’ll definitely be going back again.

However, the restaurant inside (which is a separate business from the spa) was a completely different story. It might sound like a small inconvenience, but I was honestly very frustrated.

After the spa, I was extremely thirsty and wanted something cold. We went to the restaurant around 8:45 PM, just before closing. I specifically asked if the smoothie was made with real fruit, and I was told it used frozen fruit, which sounded fine.

nice to have a K-spa nearby. parking is abundant and nice to have a dedicated lot vs. dealing with parking in KTown / Mid-Wilshire, check-in was smooth, and signing the waiver took little effort. the front desk attendant assumed I was a large when I'm a size small. I corrected him and said a medium might work.. even the medium was still saggy on me. apparently the older I get, the more sensitive I become about these things 🤣.

Facilities are mostly clean, though I did find a wadded-up band-aid wrapper in my locker. And while I appreciate the no-shoes policy in the locker room, walking through the jjimjilbang barefoot still made my feet dusty.

I went to this place a couple of days ago for the second time. I think the locker facilities and the dry sauna area are very clean and great. I especially like the salt sauna room. The ice room is not as cold as I would like. My favorite part is the wet area with the steam room, dry sauna and hot/ cold jacuzzies. However, I noticed in my last visit the chemicals and chlorine used in the wet area were excessive. After I left the spa, I had runny nose, burning eyes and occasional coughing. I called the spa and informed the staff about the issue.
