About I Spa

I Spa is a traditional Korean spa that offers a unique and relaxing experience. With a day pass, visitors can enjoy various facilities, including a cafe with a wide range of food options. The spa features multiple rooms with different temperatures and healing benefits, such as a salt room, clay room, and forest room. Separate women's and men's areas include jacuzzis, saunas, and showers, with towels, toiletries, and lockers provided. Guests can also enjoy a restaurant serving Korean dishes, a kids' playroom, and a quiet room. The spa is clean and comfortable, with unlimited towels and amenities. It is a fully nude spa, which may not be for everyone, but those who are open to the experience find it a great place to relax. The staff does a good job of taking care of guests, and many appreciate the great food options available while inside the spa. With plenty of free parking and convenient services, I Spa is a great deal for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. Visitors have praised treatments such as the coconut scrub and the exceptional service from the staff. Many plan to return to and recommend the spa, especially for its amazing scrub massage combo, fresh cucumber mask during the massage, and milk rinse at the end. The restaurant is also highly praised, with many enjoying the bibimbap dish and the variety of vegetarian options.

I love in San Diego. When my daughter & i are looking for a full day spa experience we drive up instead of visiting the smaller, closer san diego korean spas. It's where I take out of town guests. Their facilities are big & clean. They have a restaurant. The jjimjillbang (common area) is really great for naps & relaxing. I rarely get services - just use the facilities.

Most of the clientele are woman, but kids are welcomed just as well under parental supervision. Your handed a key for your shoes and a locker for your clothes. I suggest bringing your flask of water before...read full review
