No problem at all. Everybody was very professional. The location is exceptional. There is plenty of parking space and doctors and staff wonderful to me. I felt they really cared about my well being. Thank you HOAG Los Olivos you're GOAT's (Greatest of All Time)
I usually go to Aliso Viejo but I wanted to try this location since it’s nearer and I was coming from work. Excellent staff. I was taken in esrly since I arrived early. No wait time at 6pm. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The xr results though took a while to receive. I was told it will be available the same day. I received them two days later. Not much of a big deal.
Beginning to end a confident and pleasant experience. Front desk to medical check in to medical practitioner all were excellent. Better I might add than my family physician's office and I have gone there for years!
