WOW. Zach is literally the best technician and representative of an optometry company I have ever met. He is precise, meticulous, friendly, caring and customer centric. He fixed a very difficult pair of glasses that were in pretty bad shape due me stepping on them in the middle of the night. Because of his care, quality of skill and timeliness, I can now see with glasses again. I am now going to send my kids here for checkups. This is the #1 optometry place in Irvine because of Zach and the friendly, kind and knowledgable receptionist named Karina. Staff very friendly and Dr. Fan was very helpful by telling me what was happening next. I've worn glasses for a long time (I'm 72) and I've had many eye exams. She was patient and for the first time ever, I saw my own eyes and compared to examples of eyes that had macular degeneration, etc., and could see "with my own eyes" what she was diagnosing for me. I had "nothing exciting" ... her words" and was pleased to know my eyes were in "fine shape for a many my age." I was pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of everyone, and that deserves a 10 in my book.

I've been going to Golden Vision for my vision checkups for years. Dr Fan is very thorough and spent time explaining to me what to expect with my vision and cataracts going forward. I highly recommend!
