I’ve had massages at high-end resorts and a variety of other places, so I feel like I have a solid basis for comparison. In terms of the massage itself, I’d rate it around a 4 out of 5. That said, when you factor in the value for the price, it easily becomes a 5-star experience.
What really stands out is how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and made the experience comfortable from start to finish.

A friend recommended this spa, so a few of us went to the second floor of Diamond Plaza in Irvine for a try. The male receptionist was warm and friendly, and the service was impeccable. Although the spa was crowded, everything was well-organized and efficient.
Before the massage, the therapist inquired about our specific needs, and the massage itself was professional, meticulous, and thorough. The spa environment was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Such excellent service at a very reasonable price.
In short, it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth recommending. I would love to go back.
Was in town for the day and figured I would kill time by getting a massage. Thankfully I was placed in a small single room but it was by the bathroom so the noises would take me out of it. The massage itself felt thorough but it wasn’t necessarily a massage where fingers were used? It was more so forearm and I’m unsure if that has led to the chronic discomfort. I got a 60 min Swedish massage and the only other time I have felt this much pain and soreness was when I got a deep tissue massage years later in LAs Chinatown.
