I bought the Ivory and Red devices at a conference and have been using them consistently for 3 months. There has been marked improvement in the dark spots on my face and I’ve had great results with firming the skin on my neck and around my eyes, including my eye lids. The customer service is great also. I’ve received 2 individualized consulting appointments with Mercedes and have a third scheduled - all included with my initial purchase. Mercedes also is very quick to answer questions via email or text. The company really wants you to be satisfied with their products and services. It’s very easy to learn how to use the devices and it’s also a very relaxing procedure.

One of the first things I noticed about EMK was the passion Ewan and Andrea have about their work and products. I’m usually a skeptic about skin care but these products really have made a difference in my skin. My skin always feels moisturized and healthy which is amazing considering I have combination skin especially sensitive to weather. First and foremost, EMK Aesthetics has the BEST customer service. Ewan is so helpful and knowledgeable about skin care. He follows up to check on my progress and answer any questions I have. I have tried several of their products (Celestolite, Vita C Serum, VouPre) they recommended and my skin looks fabulous. You won't find better people or products. I also purchased both the Blue and Red light therapy which is making a significant difference in my skins tightness, fullness and overall youthfulness. This is a great company and I highly recommend them!
