Liz is hands down our favorite realtor we’ve ever worked with. We’ve rented and purchased multiple times across multiple states and Liz, by far, was the most efficient, effective, responsive and knowledgeable realtor we worked with. She really kept our best interest at heart and helped us find a forever home in Irvine for our family. She is always highly responsive at any time throughout the day and during the weekends and worked diligently to negotiate on our behalf with the seller. There were many times where my husband and I were willing to accept certain terms that weren’t as favorable to he but she managed to negotiate the seller into much more favorable terms and repairs.
