However, there is room for improvement in terms of monitor quality, internet stability, and peripherals such as keyboards and mice. Very cool spot. The owner's seemed very friendly and gave me a quality experience. Computers are high quality with good hardware. Can be laggy if others in the center are downloading stuff but that is part of the struggle with sharing internet with 30 other people. Overall, will be back. Place is clean and sanitary. Definitely worth stopping in if you wanna crush a few hours gaming with buddies.
Have been coming here for just about 20 years!(since 2001). Kevin & Diane make you feel right at home. They offer you drinks and snacks while you play. It really has that mom and pop feel to it. Some of my best friends were made here. Even though I have a computer, nothing beats meeting up with the same people I met there years ago to play a couple hours of games vs talking to each other over Discord from home.Would highly recommend this place for PC gamers of all ages. Great place for a birthday party or any LAN event. Conveniently located in the UCI Town Center. Computers are updated with the best graphic cards out right now - 3090's! I would say the place is a 3.5, but I just put 4. I guess i put my expectations too high for a PC Cafe kinda thing (read till the very end). Normally anything with a bunch a pc, the owner should expect most people to be playing video games/FPS. The monitors aren’t the best but good enough to work with it. The internet here and there would lag and it did upset me quite a bit (there was only one other person). I honestly just expected too much from this place. The place should probably try to get better monitors, keyboard, mouse, and Internet.In the end it was a good experience. Had lots of fun with my GF. Loved the varieties of snacks but sadly wasn’t able to try them.
