I scheduled next day carpet cleaning with them at 9 am. and I also told them that I have 4 carpeted bedrooms and a few rugs. The owner gave me an estimate of $250, which was a good price. However, everything went badly after that.I took the morning off on the cleaning day, so I'd expect them to be on time. But no, no one showed up. I waited until 9:19 and called the owner, and got no answer. His voice mail was full so I couldn't even leave a voice mail. The owner never called me back after missing my call. Echo did a great job on cleaning my carpets. Their people are professionals who show up on time, know what they're doing, and clean up afterwards. Their prices are very competitive. If you need your carpets cleaned then you should put this company on speed dial.

They were available same day, which isn't necessarily a red flag, but as it turns out maybe it was. They arrived on time and were in and out in a respectable amount of time. The carpets looked good when they left, however that next day some older stains started to come up. Even ones that had been previously treated (years ago) and weren't visible prior to them cleaning. I called and they answered right away and said the technician would call me Monday (since it was the weekend). He didn't call, but showed up ready to see the spots.
