I have had multiple services at this location for laser hair removal and facials. The services themselves were excellent. I have used a Groupon each time.
However, at my last appointment, the receptionist stated I can only use a Groupon every 6 months, refused to honor my Groupon, and told me to call Groupon for a refund. The Groupon fine print clearly states that a Groupon can be used every 90 days. So I called Groupon and they confirmed it was every 90 days.
So I am very disappointed that Ebenezer is not following its contractual obligations with Groupon and its customers. Not sure if this is purposeful, or just a misunderstanding. In any case, I hope...read full review

As a long-time patron of Ebenezer, I feel compelled to share my positive experiences. The team consistently delivers top-notch service and remarkable results. I've always been impressed by Heather with the rest of the staff with their professionalism and attention to detail. While I respect differing opinions, I must express my disagreement with negative reviews. My personal encounters have been nothing short of excellent, and I continue to trust Ebenezer.
