Historically, pre-2020, Dell was an example of a large company that created quality products, had great customer service, and treated it's customers right.Sadly, this is no longer true.The quality of Dell's computers has taken a dive, not only physically with less, low quality plastics replacing durable metals and plastics, but also with the software experience. There are more expensive products with durability, thankfully. More expensive than competitors, which makes own think that the ordering and customer service process would get more resources - not true.Their customer service is difficult to reach and ignores many email requests.
