Since Vic and his helper left. Service has gone severely down. Walking in here feeling like im dealing with zombies. I walk in and its just blank no how could we help you or anything i had to ask if they were open and tone up cause their looking at me like imtrying to sell them something...im a long time customer here and to see this customer service go down is unencouraging to continue doing business.

Alexis and Matt have been more the helpful when it comes to handling all our security needs. At our facility, security is critical. Controlled Key Systems has been the only company to show up quick, on time, and resolve any issues we may have. From fixing our door latches, faulty security systems, emergency door latch batteries, re-keying locks, installing cameras / wiring, and making keys CKS has all our needs met!
