My iPhone 13 got water-damaged yesterday. Technician Ryan was really helpful, kind, and interested. He replaced my screen and battery in a day. Quick service, reasonable pricing, effective. I would come back to this place again if my phone gets damage again.
Absolutely the best service center for iPhone repair. Sam and Charlie are both so kind and helpful, they dried out my phone without charging me. I cannot think of anyone that still does anything for free. It's just excellent customer service that you don't see in this time and age. Thank you guys so very much!
i've been going here since probably 2017 or 2018. no, i don't break my phone that often lol. i did break the screen once back in the later 2010's and had such a great experience that i go back every time i need a new screen protector put on LOL. i honestly suck at putting them on myself. i remember after they fixed my screen that one time i actually broke it, they recommended i put a screen protector on it and did it for me, and i decided from that day forward that i will come to this place to buy a screen protector from them and have them put it on for me LOL. they're always quick and kind, and my phone looks brand new with no air bubbles when i go here. it's something i'm willing to drive from Corona and pay for every time. thanks for always helping me out with my silly little request! photo from 2023 of their cool table with phones with broken screens under the top glass for bonus points lol
