    I've had to use tailors during my time in the Marine Corps, as well as when I was in Law Enforcement and the tailors at Nordstrom are AMAZING! I've ALWAYS had the absolute BEST service!! They're professional and very meticulous. I highly recommend them!!!

    I have shopped at Nordstrom for years and it has always been excellent service till this last time and now will never shop there again. I was with my daughter and her 3 young children under the age of 4. The shoes she wanted to buy for her girls for Halloween were not in stock so we purchased them and they were to ship them to us. The lady verbally verified our address and it was correct she printed the receipt and on the receipt the unit number 1 (one) was missing. She s
