Katie is an amazing teacher. She has improved my overall health, strength and flexibility, which has improved my golf game by miles. her pilates instruction has taken strokes off my handicap. I recommend Align Pilates to anyone looking to improve their daily lives and, especially, to any golfer who wants to improve their game.

There are no words to describe how much I love Align Pilates with Katie. I just had to come to terms with the fact that the gym isn't for me. I needed something more personal and at my own level, which has now been increasing as I'm becoming stronger. Many thanks Katie!

I have been seeing Katie for nearly a year. After being in a motorcycle accident, I suffered major injury to my hip and knee, and my mobility was severely limited. My Dr suggested pilates as a low impact exercise to help me rehabilitate and get stronger. Prior to training with Katie, I had never taken a Pilates class. In the beginning it was intimidating and sometimes difficult, but Katie is an amazing instructor! She is very knowledgeable and encouraging, as she does demonstration of the exercise with explanation, she will then correct positions so that I gain the maximum benefit and don't re-injure myself.
